What causes that rush of blood right upto our face, which makes us suddenly fly off the handle and scream/shout/fight? I am a member of this quaint books library , and while I was there a few days back, one guy came in, with some books which he was returning pretty late. The (always smiling) library lady told him’ Sir, you have some amount over-due from last time also. We have not cancelled your amount yet.’ And, that was enough to set off the guy on a tirade. ‘What’s that you said?’ he demanded. She says’ You have some amount over-due’. ‘No, after that what did you say?’ She says’ We have not cancelled your amount’. ‘No,no…you said something else, I am sure. Repeat it’ .
